Goanna Painting

The Aborigines in Australia use a symbolic script. In a artistic way they denote their stories. Anyone can do it and everyone is an artist. Re-discover a way of writing, that goes back to the first humans.

Create an intriguing dotpainting on beautiful wooden goannas or boomerangs. Paint meaningful symbols of the Aborigines on beautiful picture postcards or on a piece of driftwood.

Not real teamwork, just creating beautiful art objects together while listening to Dreamtime stories. A way to learn something about the aboriginal heritage and at the end everyone will have their own artefact to take home.
